You must contact us 30 days ahead of your scheduled tour for a full refund. 

You must cancel your tour  20 days prior to departure for 50% refund.

There are no or partial refunds for cancellations within 20 days of your tour departure date, or if you decide not to show up.

Depending on the payment method you used when making the transaction, your refund will be returned to same gateway within 7-14 days of the approval of the refund.

If you have made a payment via PAYPAL, we will make a refund to your PAYPAL account
